Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Analyst. The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving discrepancies related to overages, shortages, and shipment damages. This role involves analyzing data to identify trends, investigating freight claims, and coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

What You Do

Responding to OS&D-related communications from customers, team members, and carriers.

Researching and resolving customer concerns regarding freight discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.

Completing all necessary freight claim paperwork and maintaining electronic records of claims.

Working with the RMA team to ensure all required information is provided to process RMAs, replacement orders, and credit notes for damaged, lost, or reduced shipments.

Analyzing OS&D data to identify trends related to freight carriers, and providing detailed reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics on recurring issues and claims.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key specialist carriers to discuss performance, resolve recurring issues, and drive improvements.

Actively participating in department and MODE meetings to discuss and resolve customer concerns, as well as participating in cross-functional meetings to explore opportunities for process improvements.

Performing other duties as assigned to support the logistics team and optimize the resolution of OS&D issues.

What You Bring

Logistics and/or traffic experience preferred.

Computer skills including general knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word required; Expert knowledge of ERP system required.

Experience using general office equipment including desktop computer, Chromebook, iPad, telephone, fax, scanner, copier, and printer.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Highly organized, detail and goal-oriented, with the ability to work under deadlines.

Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
