Description:
StrideCare is adding a new, key role to their Revenue Cycle team. This Manager will work closely with RCM leadership and key internal stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in improving processes through data analysis, system improvement, vendor relationships, and optimizing workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· A bridge between RCM and other internal business departments
· Project liaison for new system planning, UAT, implementation, and monitoring
· RCM Integration lead for M&A’s and new business; represents RCM ensuring deadlines are met and exceeded, strong project management skills ensuring efficient and successful go-lives
· Assist with SLA, SOP, training and policy creation and maintenance
· Assist with training
· Responsible for revenue optimization; strong data analysis skills, root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements
· Facilitate meetings and presentations with key stakeholders
· Other duties as assigned
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and lifecycle of a claim
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Process oriented problem solver
· Understand healthcare regulations and payer policies
· Experience leading teams; either internal, clients or vendors
· Minimum 7 years RCM experience
· Athena experience preferred, but not requiredRequirements:
