What Youll Do:
Prepare food items with precision and consistency according to house recipes
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
Ensure food safety and proper storage of ingredients
Assist with dishwashing, prep, line cooking, and closing duties as needed
Follow directions from kitchen leadership and work as part of a tight-knit team
Take ownership of quality and efficiency during service
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or food prep role preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to stay cool under pressure and during peak service
Team-player mentalitywilling to help wherever needed
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Lift up to 40 lbs
Move quickly and safely in a kitchen setting (bending, lifting, reaching)
