Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a mid-level associate to join its FDA Regulatory team within the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice in Washington, D.C.

About the Role:

Work with an established team advising clients across the entire FDA-regulated product life cycle, including:

Product development & clinical trials

Launch strategies and marketing compliance

Interfacing with FDA and other regulators

Supporting transactions involving FDA-regulated entities

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

2+ years of experience in FDA regulatory matters

Experience with healthcare or life sciences clients

Outstanding legal writing and research skills

Strong interest in a fast-paced, collaborative practice environment

D.C. Bar admission or eligibility to waive in
