Remote Appointment Setter at Pentagoet Inn

Pentagoet Inn is seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as an Appointment Setter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with people, and has a knack for sales.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they make their reservation. Your main goal will be to set appointments for our guests, including but not limited to dining, spa services, and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Initiate contact with guests via phone or email to confirm, reschedule or cancel existing appointments

-Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a timely and courteous manner

-Proactively promote and cross-sell additional services and amenities to guests

-Maintain accurate records of all appointment details and communicate any changes to our team

-Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage future bookings

-Update and maintain our online booking system with latest availability and upcoming appointments

-Collaborate with other departments, including Front Desk and Sales, to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience

-Stay up-to-date with current promotions and packages and promote them to guests

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

-Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

-Fluency in a second language is a plus

-A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest service
