The compensation range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour plus bonus potential. Specific salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.Compensation:

Conduct calls with potential clients to promote legal services and schedule initial consultations. No cold calling.

Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and achieve targets.

Maintain accurate records of activities and confidential client interactions in the CRM system.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the firm's services in the market.Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sales or customer service.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including respectfulness, kindness and discretion.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
