Job Title: Systems Analyst (Japanese Bilingual)

Client: Japanese Financial Institution through IT company

Working Location: NY

Working Style: Hybrid 2 days Office

Employment Type: Long-term / Full-time

Salary: 65K –75K

Benefit: Full Benefit

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 working hours/day)

Language: Japanese (Business) / English (Business)

Key Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible for System Implementation and Operational Support for a Japanese Bank in the U.S.

• Solving software requirements by analyzing, creating, designing, modifying, and maintaining Application Systems to meet user needs

• Contributing to Team Effort and communicate with related parties in both the U.S. and Japan.

• Help Desk support (Tier 1 – Tier 2)

︎The right candidate will possess:

• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

• Business knowledge of banking industry, as well as development skills and experience in the banking industry

• Previous Help Desk support experience

︎Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with system application implementation

• Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Intermediate ability to read and write SQL is absolutely required

• Bilingual in both English and Japanese (Native-level English is expected; Business-level

Japanese is acceptable)

• Excel and Access skills.
