Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 2 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.
Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide supervision and mentorship to our Behavior Technicians as they provide in-house services to our clients throughout Maryland. Responsibilities:
Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions and AVB
Share in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills
Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
Nurture the complex partnership between BT/RBT and the client by advocating for client needs, providing proper support to the BT/RBT, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues with care and/or proper communication
Mentor our growing team of full and part-time BTs and RBTs by utilizing your knowledge and experience in the industry to train, orient, and provide insight into various courses of action and methods of treatment
Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
Current BCBA license (depending on state) OR ability to sit for your exam within the first 90 days of hire
Currently possess a Maryland LBA
Candidates local to DC, MD, VA strongly preferred
Prior experience as a BT/RBT is preferred
Experience working with multiple clients within the home setting is preferred
Experience working with children preferred
Experience working with challenging/aggressive behavior and the ability to utilize this knowledge to support RBTs while in the field is highly preferred
Ability to conduct in-person fieldwork 1x/month
Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
Ability to handle confidential information responsiblyBenefits:
Competitive hourly rates between $60 - $90/hour, dependent on experience
