Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and current policyholders to understand their needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Proactively seek out new clients and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Policy Assessment: Review and analyze clients' existing coverage and offer enhancements or new products to secure their interests better.
Networking: Attend community events and engage in prospecting to expand customer base and agency awareness.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, policy renewals, and sales activities using agency CRM tools.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and product updates in the insurance sector to serve clients with the most current information.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in insurance sales or a related sector is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting clients' needs.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a driven approach to exceed goals.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.
