You will have the opportunity to help a large US based firm with their accounting and data entry aspects. With employees in multiple locations, you will be working 100% remote.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of accounting, data entry, attention to detail, etc.
Responsibilities
Assist the Controller, CFO, and others with data entry across a variety of applications
Knowledgeable and proficient in both QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Assist the team with the close and various reconciliations (bank, various accounts, etc.)
Perform various research on accounting and financial reporting aspects
Able to help with multiple industries
Help out with value-added accounting work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business
3 – 6+ years of relevant experience in the accounting, finance, or business
