Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Control (QC) Tester to join our production team. As a QC Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all our products meet strict quality and safety standards before they leave our facility. You will inspect and test steel windows and doors, identify issues, and help maintain our reputation for excellence in design and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections and functionality tests on steel window and door products throughout production and before final shipment.

Ensure products meet Euroline’s quality standards as well as applicable building codes and specifications.

Document findings, complete quality reports, and communicate issues clearly with production and engineering teams.

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for any defects or non-conformities.

Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration standards are upheld.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product excellence.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tapes.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Physically able to inspect and handle large steel products safely.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
