$18-$21 an hour DOE + Tips!

We are looking for dedicated, driven & passionate Bar Manager for our Reed Market location in Bend, OR.

The Bar Manager is an integral part of success and responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily bar operations. The ideal candidate for this position will be committed to our mission and culture, have a clear vision on how to foster growth, and have a dynamic, hands-on personality. Additionally, being detail oriented is needed this position as you will be maintaining inventory, ensuring OLCC compliance, and following industry guidelines and safety protocols. Lastly, a successful candidate must be able to identify ways to sustainably grow profits and maintain a loyal customer base by providing all guests with an exceptional experience, food, and drinks. This role requires the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Managing the daily operations of the bar

Delivering superior service and maximizing customer satisfaction

Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons

Creating effective schedules to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours

Collaborating on bar menu and specials

Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Taking inventory and ordering supplies

Managing budgets and setting goals

Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls

Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for guests

1 year Experience Preferred
