Family Nurse Practitioner Compensation

The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Family Nurse Practitioner Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is 1-2 Weekdays and Weekend Shifts. 20 hours/week with potential for additional shifts Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnosis of patient care needs

Develop and monitor individualized wellness care plans

Identify high-risk patients and deliver proactive, supportive interventions

Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and conditions

Document all care in an electronic health record (EHR)

Travel between assigned clinic locations as needed Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements

Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida

Completion of an accredited Master s degree FNP program

Reliable transportation for regional travel between locations

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Family Nurse Practitioner Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in care management, health education, or outpatient settings
