Behavior Health Technicians at Silver Lining ABA Inc provide ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism. ABA, or Applied Behavior Analysis, is an approach to Autism services that teaches skills and modifies behaviors through positive reinforcement. Our Behavior Health Technicians provide specialized attention to clients, working with one client at a time. Each client has a unique plan created to meet their specific needs and goals.
Experienced Behavior Health Technicians AND those new to the field are encouraged to apply. We provide 2 weeks of paid training that will prepare you to work with clients and to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.
Full-time Behavior Health Technician Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm and some afternoon availability between 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Locations
Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to commute to public schools, daycares, and private homes throughout Cambria County.

Salaries range from 38,000-40,000 and are based on educational attainment and experience providing ABA therapy
Balanced caseloads - full-time staff typically work with 3 clients per week

Qualifications
Able to engage and keep up with children (aged 2 -18)
Able to work with clients with varying levels of need
Able to Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs following each client's treatment plan
Open to receiving and incorporating feedback from your clients' BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) in future sessions
Able to accurately document client sessions by collecting data, writing session notes, and completing service logs/timesheets
Able to maintain client safety and confidentiality
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Pass mandatory background checks
Reliable transportation to see clients throughout your assigned region
Take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam after completing training
