Flexible, Purpose-Driven WorkWhat You’ll Do

Act as the primary representative of Alteas, onboarding and integrating skilled nursing facilities

Lead educational sessions on cardiac and pulmonary care for facility staff

Conduct in-person and telehealth rounds, ensuring coverage and high quality clinical support

Present and interpret clinical data to improve outcomes

Mentor new providers and contribute to growth in new regions

Provide coverage during extended provider PTO and manage higher-volume buildings

Attend QAPI meetings and support ongoing clinical education and quality assuranceWho You Are

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in one or more of the following: IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, OH, or WI

Minimum 6 months of experience in a traveling clinical role

At least 1 year of experience in a high-acuity care setting

Strong communicator, adaptable, with sound clinical judgment

Reliable, insured transportation requiredPreferred Qualifications

Multistate NP Licensure

2+ years of nursing home experience

Experience in Cardiology or Pulmonary careTraits for Success

Compassionate resilience and confidence in care delivery

Integrity, humility, and innovation mindset

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
