About The Role:
We are seeking someone with 5+ years of experience working with insurance premium, risk, or claims data. In this role, you’ll use your expertise to turn complex data into clear, recurring outputs that meet our clients’ needs. Through our onboarding process, you’ll become a go-to hero who turns messy data into a consistent and easily digestible format. Your strong communication skills and knack for organization will help you stay on top of tasks and deliver impactful results.

What You’ll Do:
Onboard customers to our platform, utilizing tools such as MS Excel or Google Sheets to cleanse, transform, validate, and map data for pipeline ingestion
Gather customer data from various sources, creating conditional logic to validate data quality and accuracy
Work closely with customers to gather the business and data requirements that you’ll implement during the onboarding process
Coordinate and run customer workshops to execute project plans and meet set deadlines
Drive resolution of customer issues by independently troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Immerse yourself in Noldor’s platform to act as a subject matter expert for our customers
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (this will be used daily for joins or connecting data sources across tables)
Has a variety of insurance product experience (Pet, Cyber, Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Commercial Auto, BOP etc.)
Experience interpreting complex insurance datasets
Experience building or maintaining dashboards at an Insurance carrier, MGA, or reinsurer
Familiarity with data mapping and/or data migration projects
Experience working in a startup environment
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Proven ability to learn and adopt daily use of new software
A bias towards being self-motivated and solution-focused
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience building mandatory reporting submissions within the Insurance space is a plus
