We are currently seeking structural ironwork welders!
Starting pay: $24-$30 (depending on experience)
Job may include:
Welding and assembling steel structures, supports, and frameworks
Stick welding, using grinders, saws, plasma cutters, and torches when needed
Reading blueprints and understanding weld symbols
Using clamps, tacking techniques, and rigging equipment when needed- May help with rigging, connecting, and other laboring tasks on site
Operate heavy equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and skytraks
Other tasks as assigned by the foreman
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in structural ironwork
Stick welding experience required
Driver's license and reliable transportation
Possess basic hand tools
Understanding of safety on construction sites
Must be reliable and able to take direction
