Job Description
Description:
CarShield is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This position supports the General Counsel department and works closely with deputy general counsel, compliance, HR, and more. You’ll coordinate daily legal operations, draft documents, support compliance efforts, gather information, and facilitate legal efforts generally. If you're known for staying organized, cheerful under pressure, and keeping people satisfied, you may be a perfect fit. Compensation can be commensurate with experience for candidates who bring strong, transferable skills.

Provide administrative and legal support: calendars, scanning, printing, proofreading, agendas, and meeting prep.
Draft legal documents, demand letters, reports, and internal communications.
Coordinate with regulators, outside counsel, and internal teams.

Execute presentations, spreadsheets, and legal project tracking.
Coordinate travel and event logistics for the legal team.Requirements:
