Job Summary
The Front Desk Reception is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries and other basic administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations. The Front Desk Reception is responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the healthcare environment and supports delivery of quality patient care.
Essential Functions
Greeting guests upon arrival to the hospital and directing them to appropriate persons/office.
Responsible for answering multi-line phones and directing calls to appropriate departments.
In charge of answering patient questions and maintaining the presentation of reception area.
Keeping track of office supplies, inventories and placing orders as needed.

Requirements:
Experience
Minimum 2 years in Front Desk Reception experience.
Preferred experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Familiarity with basic office software
Education
High School Diploma and/or AA degree.
