Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Job Description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Graton, CA area for an individual with 5+ years experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal with a background in legal work related to real estate, corporate matters, and light trust work. This position would earn a generous base salary and a benefits package including medical benefits, PTO and more.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

Minimum of five years experience as a legal assistant in a small law firm is PREFERRED

Knowledge of legal work related to real estate, corporate matters such as foreclosures, wholesale, litigation, collection, loan matters, and light trust work is a MUST

Proficiency with One Legal for e-filing and service, calendaring legal deadlines, events, and CEB Essential Forms (Judicial Council Forms) is a MUST

Familiarity with unlawful detainer filing requirements and corporate formations is a MUST
