Job Description
Duties for this position include:
Fabricate and manufacture metal parts for later assembly
Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output
Tack metal parts together
Check measurements and dimensions of each piece that’s being worked on with rulers, measuring tapes, or squares
Mark spots to cut and use tools to manipulate steel, plastic, or other materials by cutting, hammering, bending, or grinding the workpiece
Compensation (USD):
1st Shift
$18.50/hour
2nd Shift
$19.5/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift
6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
or
7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
4 day work week
2nd Shift
6:00 p.m. - 4:30 a.m.
4 day work week
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Must have own welding helmet
Must be able to pass a weld test
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must wear steel-toed shoes
HS Diploma/GED required
No certification necessary
Must pass Drug Screen
