About the Software Implementation Project Manager:

As a Software Implementation Project Manager at Bright, you’ll lead the rollout of internal systems and tools that improve the way our business operates. This role combines project management, low-code app development, and internal product design to create streamlined workflows and powerful dashboards that help teams work smarter—not harder.

You’ll partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Asset Management to develop intuitive tools, automate manual processes, and ensure our systems scale with our growth. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and building practical solutions that make a real impact, this hybrid role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead software implementation projects from discovery through deployment

Build internal tools using Retool, QuickBase, and other low-code platforms

Design clean, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI

Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions

Collaborate with departments to ensure adoption and functionality

Document system workflows and create training materials for end users

Support tool enhancements based on feedback and usage data

Coordinate with vendors to maintain security and scalability of tools

Travel occasionally to key sites and offices (as needed)

Qualifications for Software Implementation Project Manager:

Experience with Retool, QuickBase, or similar low-code platforms

Power BI expertise including DAX and Power Query

Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and relational databases

UX/UI understanding, to design intuitive user experiences

Strong communication and project coordination skills

PMP certification is a plus, but not required

Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or scripting languages (SQL, JS, Python) is helpful

Tech-savvy and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-Time, Salaried: $100,000–$150,000

Typically, Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed for the business

Hybrid role based in CA, AZ, or TX

Some travel required

Reports to the Vice President of Innovation
