Role Description

Keeprite Refrigeration, Inc. is currently looking for a Shipping & Forklift Operator in the Longview, TX area. The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to...

Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping instructions.

Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments and report any discrepancies.

Maintain warehouse organization, keeping work areas clean and safe.

Use scanners, inventory systems, and shipping software to prepare shipments and update records.

Adhere to all safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Work with team members and carriers to ensure on-time shipments.

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics is required.

Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs. and work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).

Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
