Communicate effectively and understand all facility devices.

Adhere to safety protocols and wear necessary PPE.

Coordinate with ARP planners for maintenance planning.

Champion safety and engage in CMC's safety culture.

Diagnose systems using tools and expertise, identifying root causes.

Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment systems.

Keep extensive records of work progress and materials used.

Provide technical guidance to others and maintain work area cleanliness.

Operate diagnostic tools and record equipment metrics accurately.

Skills and Expertise

AC/DC troubleshooting experience mandatory.

Proficient in electrical controls maintenance and fixing.

Familiarity with the metal forming process is preferred.

Prior experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage.

Regular SAP system application knowledge preferred.

Understanding and practicing current maintenance techniques crucial.

Compliance with NFPA 70E is desirable.

Experience in troubleshooting Siemens or other PLCs welcomed.

Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Educational Background

High School Diploma or GED essential.
