We’re looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing Sales team. Responsibilities:

Act as a representative for a major regional telecom provider, driving outbound acquisition sales.

Promote and sell cutting-edge fiberoptic internet services to consumers across a diverse 20-state territory.

Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify their needs and present superior solutions.

Conduct detailed comparisons of customers' current internet speed and technology with our advanced offerings and attractive promotions.

Skillfully address customer objections, using persuasive techniques to illustrate the benefits and value of switching to our services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the most up-to-date information and recommendations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, needs analysis, and closing strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and continuously improve sales techniques.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

call centers, sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing

Strong communication and listening skills

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar).

Preferred Industries for Related Experience:

Call Centers / BPOs – Aligned environment in terms of volume, structure, and expectations.

Telecommunications – Experience with high-volume billing and technical support.

Automotive Services / Roadside Assistance – Familiarity with dispatch and emergency responses.

Retail or E-commerce Support – Strong customer resolution and communication background.

Insurance / Claims Processing – Especially in auto or roadside-related claims.

Hospitality / Travel & Transportation – Skilled in managing urgent, stressed customers.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to lift, up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
