Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Location: Frisco, TX.(onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas and journey maps.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

Collaborate with the Director of User Experience and other team members to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative design environment.

Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications, user flows, and style guides, to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of user-centered design.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design, and share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in a digital product environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with financial software products.

Experience with AI technology.

5+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
