Our client based in Midrand is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team!

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the switchboard and reception area
• Welcome visitors and inform the relevant person of their arrival
• Print daily clocking reports and liaise with managers regarding staff attendance
• Ensure leave forms are submitted for staff who haven’t clocked in
• Follow up with debtors for outstanding payments
• Request monthly statements from creditors
• Perform general office administration and filing
• Data-capturing on the Traceability system
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and general queries
• Provide diary management support for one of the Directors
• Control and manage the client account
• Process and sort invoices
• Match invoices with the delivery schedule and prepare for management
• Attach PODs to supplier invoices and submit for payment
