What Youll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, answering questions and offering sales suggestions.

Operate the point of sale system (cash register) accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve delicious Kilwins products, including chocolates, fudge, and ice cream.

Craft and serve fresh waffle cones.

Keep the store clean and organized, following health and safety standards.

Help create attractive product displays according to Kilwins brand standards.

Participate in general opening and closing procedures.

Answer the phone and take orders with a positive attitude.

Always uphold the values and culture of the Kilwins brand.

Previous retail experience is required.

Professional and Punctual

Available to open the store on weekdays preferred
