JOB TITLE: Systems Analyst (Business Systems)
REPORTS TO: Manager, Business Systems
SUMMARY: The systems analyst will implement, maintain, and support various computer systems. Primary responsibility of the position will be to focus on CRM business applications but will also be required to work on other business applications as required.RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Oversee implementation, testing, and maintenance of systems and applications
Analyze data, requirements, and procedures to improve system capabilities·.
Provide support and training for programs and computers systems.
Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades
Communicates regularly with all stakeholders to ensure functionality meets field needs and to develop ongoing project plan.
In-depth understanding of Data Model, schema and application development
Proficient in end-to-end software development methodology, agile methodology
Understand Sandbox architecture and Salesforce application release management
Maintains high-level familiarity with other IT system /business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential integration
Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders, performs analysis on data as required
Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
Collaborate with Business Analyst /Product Owner to help deliver business backlog
Strives to achieve high configuration, low coding standard •
Analyze, prototype and help drive the adoption of new features
Proficient in Lightning Platform and capabilities
Manages all security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits
Manages all new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts/contacts/opportunities for deactivated users
Regularly audits data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures
Develops and maintains API scripts and s-controls to support custom development as needed
Develops and maintains naming conventions of picklists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability •
Performs manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required
Modifying leads and case setup
Creating and managing email and mail merge templates
Creating and modifying list views
Creating custom fields
Design and build workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and email alerts
Implement and maintain customer and partner communities
Research, install, and support 3rd party applications
Other-duties as assignedEDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent, Bachelor Preferred
Certified as Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211); Sales Cloud and Developer certifications preferredEXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience with user testing and project management
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Experience with CPO implementation/support preferred
Experience in troubleshooting software applications
Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio
Experience in managing multiple requests simultaneouslySKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Able to configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud •
Pardot usage or configuration a plus
Knowledge of integration technologies
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (Saas, laaS, PaaS)
Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and large data set handling
Proven ability.to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and use judgment to determine customer problems without direct supervision.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives
