We’re seeking a Sales Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving and relationship-building. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with customers to solve engineering challenges and support the development of innovative, high-performance components used across a variety of industries.
This is a dynamic position that blends technical consulting, business development, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be working on cutting-edge applications in industries such as space, aerospace, medical devices, diagnostics, oil & gas, motorsports, and more.Key Responsibilities:
Manage a defined customer territory spanning multiple industries
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers—helping solve engineering problems related to new product development
Collaborate with internal teams across product design, manufacturing, quality, program management, and procurement
Seek out and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
Create and manage your own schedule, including customer visits and travel, to maximize engagement and resultsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline required)
0–4 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information clearly
Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a customer-facing role
Willingness to travel within your territory
