We are seeking a Clinical Network Manager to build, lead, and support our expanding network of maternal health providers—including doulas, mental health coaches, and clinical supervisors—across Florida. This leader will ensure high-quality, equitable, and inclusive care delivery aligned with Canopie’s mission, while maintaining compliance and nurturing a compassionate, collaborative care culture.

The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical leader with deep roots in maternal health, ideally perinatal mental health, who brings supervisory expertise, licensure (LCSW, RN, ARNP, CNM, MD, DO, or PhD), and a strong understanding of evidence-based practice. They must be tech-literate, mission-aligned, and excited to work at the intersection of clinical care, innovation, and equity.Key Responsibilities

Network Development & Oversight

Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality clinicians and support providers, prioritizing those in high-need areas (ADI zones)

Build partnerships with community-based organizations and referral networks

Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering virtual and community-based services

Clinical Supervision & Quality

Provide reflective clinical supervision and performance management

Monitor clinical documentation, adherence to protocols, and client outcomes

Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, and regulatory requirements

Training & Support

Deliver or coordinate onboarding, training, and continuing education on topics such as trauma-informed care, perinatal mental health, cultural humility, and digital delivery

Champion Canopie’s values of inclusion, equity, and accessibility

Program Delivery & Innovation

Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to ensure tech platforms and workflows meet provider needs

Support continuous quality improvement and help adapt programming based on member feedback and emerging evidence

Requirements

Required:

Active clinical license in good standing (LCSW, RN, ARNP, CNM, MD, DO, or PhD in clinical psychology)

At least 5 years of experience in maternal health, including supervisory or program management roles

Strong understanding of perinatal mental health conditions and interventions

Located in Florida, with strong preference for Northeast or Northwest regions

Experience managing and mentoring a clinical team

Comfort with digital tools, EHRs, and virtual care delivery

Keep commitment to health equity, accessibility, and culturally responsive care

Ability to travel and work occasional mornings/evenings/weekends

Preferred:

Bilingual (especially Spanish or Haitian Creole)

Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) or equivalent

Experience working with Medicaid populations or in community-based maternal health settings

Experience with doulas or non-licensed maternal health workforce
