Essential duties and responsibilities
The Sales Trainer will support membership sales growth and deliver consistent, high-quality training across multiple states and brands. Working closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams, the Sales Trainer will help execute strategies that drive revenue and employee engagement. In this dynamic role, your daily task will include, but are not limited to:
Support sales training initiatives and development of site employees
Deliver training sessions to various focus groups
Assist with implementation of sales training programs
Lead field onboarding process for new Membership Sales Associate role (MSA)
Support with group sales leads and account management
Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as directed.

Job Requirements
Highschool diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years’ experience in a sales support or training role
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external partners
Ability to learn and use multiple technology platforms
Understanding of sales process
Ability to deliver engaging and interactive live and virtual trainings
This is a role based out of our Columbus Home Office, with 2 days in-office and 3 days field-based supporting sites across multiple states.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer as well as days standing 8+ hours a day working in all weather environments
Ability to occasionally lift 30 pounds
Local travel to sites required 60-75% of the week; occasional overnight travel
