MAIN FUNCTION:
Monitor inventory levels at PNY, subcontractors and 3PL locations
Review and reconcile inventory daily
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure corporate inventory management goals are achieved
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree or equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in Inventory Management
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Hands-on experience in using ERP software
Proficient in Excel and Power Bi to generate executive level reports
Strong communication interpersonal skills

External: Suppliers, Subcontractors, 3PLs and other PNY organizations

Track and analyze inventory levels for accuracy, aging, timing of movements
Identify discrepancies, issues, inefficiencies
Develop corrective action plans
Reconcile all inventory discrepancies between 3PL’s, subcontractors’ and PNY’s inventories
Produce clear and concise reports and presentations related to inventory activities
Seek continuous improvements in inventory management to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Analyze and identify slow moving inventory – work with sales teams to move inventory
Review of Worldwide inventory reporting
Analyze inventory levels and accuracy
Develop and review reports in Excel or Power Bi
Assist in other areas, as assigned
