POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Execution Assistant works closely with the marketing team leaders to help execute and implement marketing campaigns and strategies. They play a critical role in ensuring that all marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently, in line with the company's objectives.

The primary responsibilities of a Marketing Execution Assistant include coordinating and managing various marketing activities such as advertising campaigns, events, store decor, and promotions. Works closely with other members of the marketing team to develop creative ideas and strategies to enhance the company's marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support, execution, and full organization and day-to-day coordination of internal and external company-wide programs and events including but not limited to branding, corporate, in-store experiential, Curacao Foundation’s community engagements, retail marketing, special events, retention, and new acquisition.

Working actively with colleagues across all departments to assess, plan and implement audience-specific marketing plans.

Liaise with relevant departments, negotiate, and agree on support and implementation of activities that ensure the smooth running of specific company events and programs.

Responsible for the execution of Event Standard Operating Procedures for stores, providing clear operational guidance for the proper execution of all in-store events including asset protection, take down, and storage of marketing assets including store décor.

To establish and maintain an effective network of contacts externally, and to work effectively with these contacts to maximize our brand’s impact potential.

Organize and manage members of staff within the Marketing Department and liaise with colleagues across the company before and during events to ensure the smooth running of events.

To commission the design and print of signage, displays, and promotional materials for specific programs.

Create and maintain proper levels of inventory of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other collateral in-store and at other events. Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.

Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, manage assigned budgets and timelines, and provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Support the processing of Curacao Foundation’s internal and external customers’ inquiries, fulfillment of all donations, maintenance of records and reports, and other support activities for the Foundation.

To contribute to various other marketing activities and other areas of work within Marketing as required.

To work in accordance with our Marketing strategic plan and policies.

Other duties that may be seen as being within the scope of this position.

It is essential for this role to be able and willing to work flexibly, sometimes weekends hours, due to the nature of the post and the activities responsible for it.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

BS/BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience.

Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.

Adobe Suite knowledge is preferred.

Creative, problem-solver, energetic, self-motivated, and able to manage a portfolio of multiple events and business priorities.

Readily available and prompt to respond to requests for information before, during, and after events.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly to meet business goals.

Evening and weekend availability required.
