Job Title: Contract Administrator - ATMI Precast

Reports to: VP Project Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinates the daily administration of contracts and subcontracts with the project team

- Collaborate with senior management to structure contracts effectively

- Track all contracts from receipt to full execution and facilitate business and legal approvals, proactively follow up with approvers

during contract life cycle. Ensure contracts are submitted through the correct workflow.

- Review contract for compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and regulations. Identify and mitigate any risks

associated with contracts.

- Review and analyze contracts and redline contractual documents, terms and conditions.

- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate team members regarding contract status.

- Assist with contract negotiations as appropriate.

- Generate and maintain contract compliance documents throughout the life cycle of each contract including all correspondence,

amendments, payment schedules, and insurance requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure contract terms are met.

- Provide guidance and support on contract-related matters to internal teams.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role within the construction industry.

- Strong understanding of co ntract law and regulations. Paralegal experience a plus.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
