Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in quality systems, FDA regulatory compliance, and project management, with a passion for maintaining excellence throughout the manufacturing process. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our products consistently meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Monday-Saturday

7:00 am - 4:00 pm could vary depending on the workload

Pay: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute regular quality audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.

Manage inspection protocols to ensure all products meet established specifications prior to release.

Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, and compliance teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.

Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement strategies.

Analyze inspection and audit data, preparing clear and actionable reports for senior leadership.

Investigate product non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to adapt practices accordingly.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP, HACCP principles, ISO 22000, and quality management systems.

Proven experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and managing compliance documentation.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in identifying quality issues and implementing data-driven solutions.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interfacing with teams, management, and regulatory bodies.

Innovative problem-solver capable of driving improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
