The Opportunity

In this role, you'll lead full-cycle execution of complex, high-value projects—serving as the main point of contact for customers and directing cross-functional internal teams. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering or industrial manufacturing and thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning to closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and financial targets are met

Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and the client

Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules, and resource plans

Handle change orders, customer negotiations, and invoicing

Provide regular reporting on performance and financial metrics

Travel as needed domestically and internationally (varies by project)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or project management

3–5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial setting

PMP or MBA preferred

Background as a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, or similar roles will be considered

Strong leadership, financial acumen, and organizational skills
