Our client, a highly respected and growing general contractor headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex, high-visibility projects and mentor field teams. They're looking for a senior-level professional who brings deep field leadership experience, a team-first mindset, and a take-ownership approach to every project. This individual will play a key role in project execution and field team development as the company continues its trajectory of steady, strategic growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serve as the lead on large-scale projects (typically $5M–$25M+)

Manage all field operations including scheduling, subcontractor oversight, site logistics, and safety compliance

Mentor and guide Assistant and Project Superintendents

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

Lead site coordination meetings and ensure alignment among all project stakeholders

Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and team collaboration

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of Superintendent experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead field leadership capacity

Proven track record managing complex projects in sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher ed, senior living, or hospitality

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Experience managing self-perform work is a plus

Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and proactive in identifying and mitigating issues
