Heritage Urgent & Primary Care is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Wake Forest, North Carolina practice focusing on Primary Care, Urgent Care and Integrative & Functional Medicine.

Clinic Hours: Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (rotating Saturdays)

Four-day Work Week

Successful candidates will have the following:

Licensed to practice in North Carolina a plus

1+ years of clinical experience in clinical setting (will consider clinical rotations for new graduates)
