The Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences—especially for non-technical users. Partner with the founder (leading product) and developers to refine user flows, streamline dashboards, and enhance our AI-powered content publishing system.

What You’ll Do

Design UX wireframes and flows for new features and legacy improvements.

Build scalable Figma components and lightweight design systems.

Collaborate with devs for seamless handoffs and adaptable layouts.

Audit and optimize existing UX to reduce friction.

Advocate for user needs at every stage.

Requirements

1+ years of SaaS or complex web app UX design.

Strong Figma skills (wireframing, components, systems).

Deep understanding of usability, edge cases, and system logic.

Available for 4+ hours of overlap with US Eastern Time.

Clear async communication (Slack, Loom, Notion).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with CRMs, agency tools, or Tailwind/Vue.js.

Background in conversion-focused design or A/B testing.

Compensation

Remote, full-time, long-term (contractor/hourly).
