We’re growing fast, backed by top-tier investors, and we’re looking for a Partnership Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our reach through creative, data-driven partnership strategies. You’ll play a key role in activating real estate partnerships, building campaigns that drive adoption, and turning landlords and tenants into brand advocates.

What You’ll Do

Lead RentRedi’s partnership marketing efforts to engage our existing users and attract new ones.

Build and manage programs that incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth across landlords, tenants, and real estate partners.

Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to uncover user needs, behaviors, and key moments that influence engagement.

Design and test campaigns across channels—email, in-app, social, and more—to promote partnerships and measure performance.

Analyze campaign data and user feedback to refine messaging, optimize offers, and scale what works.

Stay on top of industry trends to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the table.

**What You Bring

2+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition or engagement.

Strong track record of designing and launching successful campaigns that drive measurable results.

A creative and analytical mindset—you love testing ideas, solving problems, and making decisions based on data.

Excellent communication skills with a knack for making complex ideas feel simple and motivating.

Experience with marketing tools (email platforms, analytics dashboards, CRMs) and a comfort level with learning new tech quickly.

Bonus: Familiarity with landlord/tenant audiences—or a strong desire to learn everything about them.
