Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Lead Salesforce Functional Analyst for our client in the medical device industry. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-growing healthcare innovator remotely, driving cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to enhance commercial and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote (Acton, MA-based company)

Pay: $80/hr – $95/hr

Lead Salesforce solution design, documentation, and implementation across multiple business units

Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional solutions and user flows

Configure Salesforce environments, workflows, triggers, and third-party integrations

Partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and optimize user experiences

Produce reports, dashboards, mockups, wireframes, and technical documentationWhat We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent); Master’s preferred

5+ years in business/technical analyst roles, especially within sales, marketing, or call center functions

Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration and system integration

Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Preferred: Salesforce Admin Certification, Agile/SCRUM experience, and background in regulated industries
