The Commercial Security Sales Executive would focus on driving new opportunities and sales for LDI Connect by promoting LDI, cross-selling existing customers and creating new opportunities for our organization.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and experienced professional capable of creating profitable sales and upgrades to new and existing LDI Customers while providing customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post-installation follow-ups.

This role requires frequent travel throughout the vicinity of our locations:

New Jersey (North & South), Connecticut (Shelton), and New York (Manhattan & Jericho Long Island).

Responsibilities:

Sell a comprehensive suite of Commercial Security Solutions including CCTV, Access Control, RMR and other adjacent solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's security products including their features, functionalities, and technical specifications.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Conduct prospecting, research, networking, and relationship selling to deliver value to potential customers.

Build new market share by selling Industry Standard Security products and services to new local commercial customers.

Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.

Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.

Drive new business growth through one-to-one marketing, scheduling client introductions, and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications.

Support existing sales team as a SME Over-lay within an assigned territory.

Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques.

Aggressively pursue net new accounts, articulating our company's values and differentiators effectively.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives, ensuring high standards of customer support through follow-up consultations.

Conduct post-installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in serviceJob Requirements:

3+ years of successful security sales experience.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Direct experience with local business owners, and decision-makers.

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and LDI Connect organization

Strong prospecting and networking skills.

Valid Driver's License and available for local travel in the Northeast.

The typical base salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $70,000 with uncapped OTE. The offered base salary will depend on experience and geography. In addition to the base salary this role offers a generous compensation package with variable compensation involving commissions and bonuses with first year OTE around 130K.
