Inventory Process Clerk

Overview of Position:
This individual is responsible for ensuring quality of daily processes, including the receipt, shipping, and tracking of new and returned stock; daily and monthly stock on hand validation; research and reporting of stock needs companywide. Works closely with the Inventory Manager and Inventory Process Administrator to improve and ensure accuracy of the business and operational processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing incoming and outgoing stock; verify accuracy of receipts and transfers; adjustments; research billing errors within financial and billing software; monitor availability and backorders.
Handling of returned stock, working with repair vendors as needed
Processing trade in devices, tracking and shipping to buyers
Evaluate the selection and shipping process to improve efficiency
Adjustments, research of recording errors within the financial software, invoice approval
Conduct physical counts of stock; notify when equipment is low or discrepancies are found
Process of requisitions and purchase orders from all departments, including stock on hand for the main warehouse in the absence of senior team members or management
Creation and management of products within financial and billing software, including promotional sales items, equipment, and accessories
Daily, weekly reporting for inventory on hand, order fulfillment and communication to other departments
Quarterly review and verification of pricing for goods procured
Mindfulness and good organizational skills, ability to take charge of organizing and improving inventory selection and shipping process
Ensure work performed adheres to established company policies and procedures
Maintain a broad knowledge of the financial and billing software, must be able to perform required functions pertaining to Inventory needs
Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Occasional travel to retail locations may be required
Responsibilities to include other duties and functions as decided by management
What You Bring to the Team:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, vendors, outside sales locations and other office personnel
Keen problem-solving, decision-making skills and the ability to work well with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong people skills and professionalism
Ability to meet physical requirements of bending, stooping, lifting, sitting, and standing. Use of computer/keyboard and general office equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.
