Position Overview: As the Branch Manager of MedServ 's branch, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and financial performance. You will play a crucial role in driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and training as needed.

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

Monitor sales performance metrics and implement initiatives to optimize sales effectiveness.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.

Operational Management:

Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and distribution processes to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize product shortages.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety standards.

Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and healthcare partners.

Collaborate with other departments and branch locations to share best practices and drive operational synergies.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in sales, operations, and team leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical equipment industry.

Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, develop strategic plans, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
