Shift: Rotating shifts (two weeks days, two weeks nights)

Role Summary: The Packaging Associate role is one that packages finished products in gaylords, and ensures all necessary steps are taken to get each gaylord & pallet ready to be taken to the warehouse for shipment.

Responsibilities:

- Catches & receives bagged diapers on the conveyor to be placed in gaylords

- Verifies all information printed on each bag is correct

- Verifies all bags meet the weight standard

- Ensures empty bags are correctly placed in the bagger

- Ensures production orders are started, as well as LPNs are created correctly

- Communicates with line operators, end of line leads, and material handlers

- Performing additional tasks not otherwise covered aboveRequirements:

- Friendly disposition and ability to positively interact with others

- Capable of learning and applying new techniques or practices

- Ability to train and develop others

- Ability to be patient while learning and apply new skills on the production floor
