To assist with this growth, we are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both deep technical work and team leadership. You will lead a small but growing analytics team, develop and optimize our Snowflake data environment, and build compelling dashboards in Domo that influence critical business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support daily efforts of the analytics team in a hands-on, collaborative role.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and Snowflake data structures.

Design and optimize dashboards, datasets, and reports in Domo (Magic ETL, card building, etc.).

Gather business requirements and deliver actionable, user-friendly insights.

Perform data modeling and transformation within Snowflake.

Establish and improve processes for data ingestion, validation, and governance.

Troubleshoot data and system issues, offering direct technical support when needed.

Mentor junior team members and champion data best practices.

Partner cross-functionally with IT and business leaders to ensure reliable, secure data operations.

Pay: $90,000 - $105,000 annual salary depending on experience

Hours and Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k), PTO, and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20–30% additional income to the pay range.

Location: Cottonwood Heights, UtahRequirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

2+ years of experience mentoring or leading small teams.

Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake and SQL.

Strong hands-on Domo experience (Magic ETL, dataset management, dashboarding).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; must thrive in an on-site environment.

Full-time
