Senior IT Application Analyst

Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Senior IT Application Analyst!

In this position you will lead our applications team in planning and managing sprints to prioritize strategic initiatives.

Using your years of experience, you will mentor the team members on best practices, software development lifecycle, and advanced system configurations.

A Day in the life of a Senior IT Application Analyst...

Each day will be a different adventure in this role.

A snapshot of the day could look like: Admin for core systems, including, but not limited to: Symitar, New Voice Media and Online Banking Enhance efficiencies to encourage on-time, on-budget and in-scope implementation on a variety of complex IT projects.

Act as a subject matter expert for other team members as a developer within core systems.

Ensure satisfactory audit and compliance reviews by implementing bullet proof processes and procedures.

Four or more years of previous experience in complex system design, programing, and software/hardware support.

Project Leadership experience Bachelor's Degree in Info Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
