Job Description
The Quality Engineer will be generally responsible for:
Playing a key role in the development of their QMS
Aiding with ISO 9001 audits
Creating reports based on statistical analysis and other key tools
Handling non conformance reports and testing
Product and Protype Testing utlizing various tools
Working directly with customers to resolve any quality issues or concerns
Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis and other problem solving methods
Reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings

The Successful Applicant
A successful quality engineer will have the following:
5+ years of experience in a quality engineering in a manufacturing environment
An associates degree or bachelors degree (ASQ Certification is sufficient)
Background with metals manufacturing and the related industry standards
Working knowledge of ISO 9001
Strong Root Cause and Corrective Action/Preventative action knowledge
Experience with PFMEA
GD&T Experience What's on Offer
Salary Range between $80,000 - $90,000
