Adecco is currently seeking a Front Desk Greeter to join our team in Ridgecrest, CA! This role is similar to a hotel front desk position and is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position offers weekend evening hours, with a schedule of Friday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The pay rate is $17.75 per hour, and the role includes paid holidays, paid vacation, and is SCA benefits eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Manage check-in/check-out procedures (if applicable)
Perform heavy data entry and ensure accuracy in all information entered
Generate and distribute daily reports as required
Monitor and respond to front desk emails
Provide accurate information and assistance to guests or staff
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Dependable and professional demeanor
Available to work weekend evening shifts (Friday–Sunday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM)

Pay Details: $17.75 per hour
